Shipping
Within Saudi Arabia, most goods are delivered in 10 working days; outside of Saudi Arabia, it takes 20 working days.
We certainly do! Our foreign shipping rates have significantly improved. The length of time it takes for your order to arrive depends on your position, the weight of your order, and the carrier you choose. Within Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, shipping takes 10 working days, and outside of Saudi Arabia, it takes 20 working days.
Payments
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Mada, and ApplePay.
We do not offer refunds or returns unless the product has a manufacturing defect. If you believe your item is defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, and we will assess the issue and arrange a suitable resolution if applicable.
Returns
While we try as much as possible to ensure that all purchases are 100% satisfactory, sometimes, some clothing items may come with a manufacturers defect. On such occasion, you may request an exchange within n 48 hours of receiving your order.
Returns or refunds are only accepted in cases of manufacturing defects. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging. Requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
